This is the best place I believe to post this question;
I have no problem with conforming to 6.2.2 of 9001 within the Production environment - all operators have comprehensive training records of on the job skills and training.
What records can be maintained with regard to Customer Service skills, IT Development, Support etc?
Help greatly appreciated !

From ISO 9001:2000, Clause 6.2.2 e)
maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience (see 4.2.2)
You determine what "appropriate" means.
For someone in Customer Service, it could be a resume, a curriculum vitae, certificates of customer service classes attended, etc.
For someone in Information Technology (IT), it could be Microsoft certificates, or other software certificates, network training, vendor training certificates, etc.
