I believe that some production processes reduce TSE infectivity, can anyone tell me where I can find out which exactly?:thanx:

Can you define TSE? I'm not familiar with that acronymn.

EN12442 (parts 1-3) is the associated harmonised standard, but will not answer your question directly.

I know this is a difficult one, but the point is that if one can "prove" that the type of production process one is using eliminates any TSE infection in the product, then why alll the fuss to have suppliers of cow hide have EDQM certification? What do you think?:eek:
