Hi guys

Can anyone of you provide me the details of Supplier Quality Assurance expectations from Nissan (Renault-Nissan aliance). If any one can post their supplier quality manual or template for assessment of suppliers and monitoring of product and system quality with the suppliers, I am greatful to the forum.

Please help

Welcome to the cove.

For Renault-Nissan you will need their ANPQP ( Alliance New Product Quality Procedure ).
It's a similar system as APQP from Ford, DC and GM, but you need to use their forms.
These are copyrighted documents and cannot be shared here.
If you are a supplier to them you have to contact your customer to get access.

Best regards and I hope this helps,

Antoine

Hi Suresh,

What you need is the Renault/Nissan ASG (Allianace Supplier Guide) their version of the Toyota SQAM (Supplier Quality Assuranace Manual). I suspect as Nissan are expanding in India and looking for local suppliers, this is why you would like this manual.

Please tell me why you need this and I will see what I can do.

I agree with Simon,

You need a copy of the ANPQP system, this is available at http://suppliers.renault.enxo.org/wps/portal

Your company security administrator should be able to set you up with access. Also beware we made the mistake of assuming that Renault follow AIAG guidelines.

Whilst Nissan follow and accept the AIAG methodologies, Renault - Dacia are very much on the old Renault norms. Thus for Nissan FMEA applies, but for Renault/ Dacia the internal Renault AMDEC procedure applies, and that is only accessable on the Renault website.

Finally if you do have access, Nissan work in English whilst Renault are converting their corporate language to English at the moment, so be advised a lot of procedures are still in French.

Chris.

Does anybody know what are the PSA (Peugeot-Citroen) Customer Specific Requirements? Is it something like supplier manual?

Re: Details of Nissan (Renault-Nissan aliance) Supplier Quality Assurance expectation

Hello, Nissan-Renault is going to perform a supplier audit on one of our manufacturing locations in the next month. We had an audit from them before in another location and failed miserably. They had issued a document to us in advance named "ASES ver. 1.4 pre-questionnaire" which we had completed and returned. However, during the audit, the expectations were completely different and a different audit questionnaire was used.

Would anybody be able to provide me with a copy of the questionnaire they use during supplier audits or indicate where i could get a copy so we can prepare properly for the upcoming audit?

thanks in advance,

Dominique
