Hi, hello from Venezuela. I am back after some years of inactivity on QMSs. Our company is working towards ISO/TS certification, hence my post in this thread, although it is not essentially QMS related.
More than 10 years ago while defining the content of Product Quality Certificate (by Lot) for another company, I found a DIN standard that outlined the different levels of detail that could be included in the document, similar to the submission level table in the PPAP reference book.
Does anyone knows a similar reference or standard for the elaboration of the product quality certificate by lot??? a web search has resulted frustating as most results have to do to QMS or product certification services.
Our clients has not specified anything in this regard. They just ask for the document.
The inspection of the related parts is being done by attributes in some cases, so the final quality certificate of the lot will not show any results of variables measurement, as most people is acquainted to. We use a checking fixture that complies with all the dimensions in the product drawing. Conformance to material specifications is verified at receiving inspection.
Thanks in advance
