Update from SFDA:

SFDA published “Regulation of Medical Device Recall (Interim)”, MOH decree No. 82 on Jun. 16. It will be effective starting from Jul. 1st, 2011.

Does anyone have access to an English copy of Order 82?

Is there any indication of how this is being implemented for product that is imported into China?
