CE Certificate and additional processing

My company purchases a product that has a EC/CE Certificate. We take that product and perform additional processing ( heat and bend).
Does the original manufacturer CE Cert cover our product? Thank you

It sounds like you are altering the product. If you did a poor job it might not work correctly. I would venture a guess that you cannot use their CE for your product.

Thank you, Our supplier is aware of the changes. I am new to this and wanted additional opinions. I am getting similar answers.
