Warning alarm Arburg 320K All-Arounder (injection mold press)

Having an issue with an Arburg 2001 320K All-Arounder. We replaced the backup battery. Re-Read all the System Disks (5). However once back online, all the operations buttons are luminated. The pump will turn on, the barrel heats will not turn on and the machine will not function in manual mode nor setup mode. The screen shows a single warning # 1398 Read in system diskette! Tried re-reading process diskette, now sitting here shrugging my shoulders & scratching my head. Any thoughts?

No it is reading the program disk. The funny thing is it's showing no remedies in the "Hints" section page. I'm thinking of dis-connecting the new battery and reloading the (5) System Disks. I'm starting to that our pervious maintenance tech may have re-routed something.
