Yes...My company has been using simpletrak for little over 1 year now. I have only good to say about the software.
I am Quality Manager for a moderate sized Aluminum Heat Treat Company with NADCAP and ISO9001 / AS9100 accreditation. Prior to implementing simpletrak our Quality System was like most others; endless file cabinets filled with all the required forms, records, logs, corrective action responses, training records, stamp logs.....the list goes on.
With all of the documentation that is required, it used to be a nightmare just keeping everything in order and constantly updated, not to mention the time spent each time we had one of the Primes come out for an audit.
This is one area that Simpltrak has already paid for its self ten fold. Before Simpletrak, an audit would take at least one full day due to all of the paperwork that would have to be verified by the auditor. Folder after folder pulled from the file cabinet put out on the table, fumbled through, then on to the next one.
Once we did the change over to simpletrak and started implementing all of the features, the amount of paperwork has been reduce to minimal as it is now all saved to simpletrak and can be pulled up at anytime. An auditor will ask for some piece of documentation and within a matter of seconds we have up on the projector its reviewed and on to the next. The audit times have been cut in half and the auditors that come out have all been very impressed with the system.
This is only a small part of what it can do. The data collection and report generation is just awesome. Plus there customer support is always there and very helpful.
