Gage R&R procedure for Bulk Chemicals

Could anyone assist me with a Gage R&R Procedure for Bulk Chemicals? I have one but want to make sure I am not missing anything to ensure it is value added and sampled properly.

What devices are you utilizing for your bulk chemicals? pH meters, scales, volumetric devices, moisture detectors, IR, NMR...? It is the devices and the processes they are used to verify that will determine the gage R&R techniques that are appropriate.

Thanks for the reply....The following devices are being used: scales, volumetric devices, moisture detectors. The data is already being tracked but has not been put into a software to conduct data analysis and report the findings.

Would you by chance have a procedure I could use for general set-up of a gage R&R program in this field?

No procedures, but here is a link to my blog entry on non-replicable R&R studies.

Some of your measurement devices appear to be replicable (e.g., scales, possibly volumetric devices) and may be evaluated using a standard crossed MSA.

Others appear to potentially be non-replicable (e.g., moisture detectors) and may need to be evaluated using a nested MSA. If that is the case, my blog entry should assist in how you may run the study.
