BS EN 60601-2-33:2002+A2:2008/AC2008

According to the European Journal, the current recognized version of BS EN 60601-2-33 standard is BS EN 60601-2-33:2002+A2:2008/AC2008. I have been searching everywhere for this version and have come up with nothing. What is available is BS EN 60601-2-33:2002+A2:2008 without the addendum corrigendum. I've even contacted my company's European notified body and they were not able to provide any answers.

How can one ensure compliance if the standard, as published, is unattainable? Has anyone else been searching for this standard and had any luck?
