Q1. Explain the steps involved in the Audit Process?

Q2. Is Change Management in the project ensured by the Project organisation?Identify the trial of documents that shall be affected when a change happens identify the order in which the document shall be changed.

I suggest you get a copy of the VDA standard. It is very good and well written.

Really, it cannot be explained here in a few paragraphs.
