In preparation to performing Creep test, I'm in the process in determining the pressure it takes to see bubbles through a 0.50mm hole in a Tyvek/Plastic pouch. I do not have access to a pressure transducer to perform this. Can i determine the leak pressure using the Leak Test mode with the BT-1000 Package Tester? would this give an accurate number to use for the Creep test?
I'm using duct tape as the backing because tyvek is Porus, is this a sufficient backing seal to use?
