Hello all,

Element 4.2.3.1 states that " shall have a process to assure timely review , distribution and implementation of all customer engineering changes ....................... Timely review should be as soon as possible and shall not exceed two working weeks "

How do you provide objective evidence that the review was completed within two working weeks?

We receive the bulk of engineering changes from our customers via email.

Thank you!

The email would show when you received the new document. TS requires you to show an implementation date. So, that or a documented review date, should suffice. They just want it to be a priority, not languish in your inbox.
