Mark,

API should have provided just as they did for ISO 9001:2008 but they are more like a half empty cup unfortunately. I think they forget who the actual customer is, saying what we have to do, but not following themselves.

Besides the current example documents used within the QMS should address and identify changes. API6A 20th they didn't and I doubt that they will on the 21st edition or on API Q1 10th edition.

If I had it I would share to assist you, currently working on it. But you will find plenty of advice here on what you need to do. Good Luck
