This is not something a general regulation would mention - it's too specific. Something like this would be required in another type of document.

And no, I did not see anything like this in the text of the MDR.

Thank you. I over heard this in a meeting. We are working on a heater/cooler at the moment and are looking at alternatives to using water.
I figured that wasn't correct information since I pretty much went through the MDR.
If you do hear anything please pass it along to me.
