Is there one website that I can get, buy, download the latest MHLW, Canada MDR, Brazil regulations for medical devices? Or if you have the sites you use for each one will be fine too.

In Brazil there are two kinds of legislation to regulation applied for medical devices: the ANVISA registro and the INMETRO compulsory certification.

The ANVISA webisite provides you for free the legislation you'll need: portal.anvisa.gov.br/legislacao

And the technical and quality standards for INMETRO certification you can acquire at:
ABNT - abntcatalogo.com.br and
TARGET - gedweb.com.br
