Products certified by one of the less familiar NRTL labs

Hi Fellows,
Did any of you experience problems with local hospitals refusing to accept products certified by one of the less familiar NRTL labs? Obviously, I am not talking about UL or CSA, but the smaller ones like MET or SGS.

Just once. A hospital (apparently) had a policy that all purchased electronic equipment must have a UL mark. Fortunately, in this case, we were able to convince them that another NRTL mark conveyed the same thing. However, ultimately, it is the customer that can impose their own buying criteria, regardless of how mis-informed they might be...
