Could you post this as a .pdf, since not everyone will have Visio?

Hi, pharmarton!

I took the liberty of scanning your flowchart and had a couple of questions:

If 'Automotive' = Y, then isn't a Team Feasibility needed before DFMEA or Control plan can be done?

After 'Create prototype samples' isn't a dimensional and/or appearance check needed before sending to the customer?

Otherwise, looks pretty good to me!

hello, i have read your post.
1\ APQP用于新品开发
used for new production.
2\你需要认真阅读APQP手册,知道谁先谁后
you should read APQP reference manual clearly and know who first who after.
3、CP来源于DFMEA?PFMEA?FLOW CHART?
Does CP Origin DFMEA?PFMEA?Flow chart?
4、过程流程图在哪里?
Where is preliminary process flow chart?
5、MSA SPC 在哪里?
where is MSA? SPC?
6、特殊特性清单在哪里?
Where is special product and process characteristics.
just my viewpoint.
