Process compressed air and contact with the product (ISO 8573-1:2010)

We are designing a distribution system for air to be in contact with the product (ISO 1, 8573), engineering argues that a point of use can deviate to use this air in a process of sandblasting using a check valve, is there a regulatory document to define if the same air generation system can be used in both kind of process?
