Validity of Internal Auditor Certificate/Training

What is the validity period of the Certificate for Internal Auditor (for example acc. to ISO/TS 16949)?
And what is behind that (legal basis, any norm requirement)?
I mean how long (how many years) Auditor can carry internal audits?

As long as the internal auditors remain competent in what you ask them to do, there is no time limit. Unless you put time limits in an internal auditor (training) procedure.

Only external auditors have time limits before they need to be re-certified.

Records of training (either internal or external) and competence. Meaning another more experienced auditor or internal audit team leader can observe the internal auditor at work and record this fact. Competence is demonstrated.

It's not written anywhere in the Standard, so it is not a requirement!!
