Hi all,

Please can somebody please assist me here?

I am having a major ISO9001 audit in November 2015. I want to start putting a action register together. A form where you put your actions in and you can then state at what level you currently are. For example customer complaint register if you at at a yellow stage you highlight it as yellow for further action to possible make it a green. CA's which have not been followed at all you make it red. I hope you sort of get the picture I am trying to paint here. I am the new Quality Manager here at the plant and I see no similar document which I am looking for on the document server.

Please if anybody can please assist me with a form / document like this or similar I would greatly appreciate it.

I just hope that I have put this in the correct section as I am fairly new to the site.

Kind Regards,

hi,
you could use a simple tracking form in Excel. Put conditional formatting onto a specific cell to turn it G/Y/R as per your requirements and then you can even use it to filter the priority ones for a quick review.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply.

I wish I could do all you suggested in excel. My experience is limited some what with the program.

Thanks for the reply though.

Cheers

hi Steve,
this would be the perfect opportunity to make it a challenge for your team. You come up with ideas what / how you want it to work and your IT / a colleague who's expert with Excel won't need much time to come up with the formula.
Best of luck

Google is your friend. What was suggested isn't that hard. Or you can just color the rows as you see fit instead of conditional formatting. Keep using Excel, you will learn a little more every time you do.

Steve, if you are unable to use Excel, you could complete this in Word, or any other word processing software, by shading boxes in a table.
