Is "compliance to GADSL" something that we need to declare individually to customers ?

Hello Sinned,

GADSL does not supersede contractual agreements between a supplier and a costumer.
However, depending of your manufacture (and/or final product destination) country different legal requirements may also apply.

If I am to declare conformance to GADSL, does it means I confirmed that make use of GADSL when providing IMDS data to customer ? I mean, how to demonstrate to customer that I am now comply to it ?

According to the IMDS user manual (ver 10.0), when releasing a Material MDS, the user must confirm that all GADSL substances in his/her MDS are declared by selecting a check box "I have declared all GADSL substances" (please see attached print-screen).

In other words, the supplier of your raw materials is obligated to declare (and not hide) all declarable and prohibited substances.
Thus, "compliance to GADSL" should be understood.

Thanks to all.

So, am i right to say that the so-called compliance to GADSL can be demonstrated when we submit MDS to customer via the IMDS system. Instead of a piece of paper with a signature saying sth like "We are to declare herewith that our company complies to GADSL requirements ..." Right ?
