There's a basic typo mistake in the recipient screen information (dwg number, po number and other information - one field had one too many zeros). So the way to resolve is simply creating a new version and sending it to the customer right? It can't go back and change the typo in the existing MDS version right?
This is a stupid question and obvious but for some reason it looks like I can change the typo on the screen. I would have thought that was not allowed. BTW I proposed it not sent it to the customer if that makes any difference.
BTW coming from a SME I've had only basic training (reading the manual, a customer once showed me the basics and I self taught what I know). So any help is much appreciated.
