Not posted for a while, but very glad the cove is back!
I have a question regarding applying the updated standard to a service orientated organisation.
Is anyone aware of any published material - preferably with examples, which interprets the new requirements as they would apply to a service based business? I am especially looking for interpretation around the following clauses:
8.1 Operational planning and control
8.3 Design and development of products and services.
(Part of the organisation deals with the provision of a design service, but in any case would imagine the design of the services provided will also fall under 8.3)
8.5.1 Control of production and service provision
