What are the Essential Quality Books in the last 15 years

I am wondering what people think are the essential new books written since 2000 that all quality professionals should read. I am sure this has been discussed but my search revealed nothing.

We all know the writtings of the old masters like Deming or Juran so lets exclude those.

Excuse me while I pull my tongue out of my cheek, but you must go back to the basics, to the man who wrote ISO 9000 and saved the American auto industry, the future President of the United States Perry L. Johnson:

ISO 9000: Meeting the International Standards

Fine, but you're about 8 years out of date so the reference and "slap" is no longer relevant.

Not the easiest read (very technical), but a very effective approach to problem solving with a lot of good case studies.
