Product Requalification for Plastic Injected Parts

Regarding our FMEA, we need to justify our requalification operation for plastic injected parts, we don't have any clients recommandations regarding this point!!

What should we do in this case!! is doing PPAP in a frequent way enough!!

Does your company have Validation Programme procedure.
There are few things that the plastic part need requalification
Example
Change of machine
Change of material
Change of production location
