Please Help! TL9000 transition from 5.5 to 6.0 - help needed

I need to write an implementation plan for transition from 5.5 to 6.0. Does anyone have input?

If your organization already conform to TL9000 r.5.5, you could put in place a gap assessment versus the requirements of 6.0 one.
Take into account that TL9000 6.0 takes also into account the requirements of new ISO 9001 standard, so , if your organization does not conform to it yet, you need to include the new requirements too. One new element is the definition of the organizational context as well as the definition of internal and external issue. Besides, the new ISO 9001standard is founded on risk basis thinking. This could be a gap for transition if your organization does not apply it in the current QMS processes.
