Templates or latest form for Ford Run@Rate

Hello,this is Siqi from 1st (2nd tier as corrected in post #3) tier supplier for FORD.
I'm now also requested to prepare R@R and submit to customer soon.

I've done the 2days production,but I don't have any form to enter the data.
Do you have any form or template for R@R?

If you are first tier, you should have access to ford's portal - the forms should be there. Alternatively, check with them. If you do a search with run@rate, you may find one here but chances are they are dated.

Otherwise, check back later as we have a few 'Covers' here who may have what you want.

Sorry,I mistook that we should be 2nd tier supplier for FORD coz we firstly supply parts to our brother company located nearby FORD,and then provide to FORD.
Besides,did you find the `Covers`regarding R@R?
