What works better for you & your needs: paper vs. digital productivity systems?
Do you find yourself being more of a paper-based practitioner? Or have you moved completely to the Dark Side using mainly electronic productivity tools? There is no right or wrong as both types of tools have certain unique features that are useful, and both certainly have shortcomings as well. I was wondering who have tried to fuse the 2 together, how & what are the results of your experiments so far. How hybrid are you?

I am visually triggered.
If faced with a choice between a paper "to do" list an an electronic one, I'll take the paper every time.
electronic is cool and all, and works well for some of my coworkers, but I've tried it 4-5 times now and start missing deadlines and revert back to paper.

All the same, I live and die at work by my outlook calendar...paper doesn't have a pop-up "You have a phone meeting in 5 minutes" available !

Fusion (the thing that works best in the current situation) for me...as long as it's cooked.
(Stupid "Fusion" food joke there)

I'm schizophrenic to either method as long as the medium used meets my intended purposes and is up to my standards...

As stated, there is no right or wrong - just the most effective.

I perfer paper myself... Having something sit on your desk staring at you gets your attention much easier than a digital list that you have in a file somewhere on your PC.

Whatever works best or the people will use. I tend to start with paper and push it to electronic if it makes sense, especially for data crunching.
