AECQ 200 Revision D vs. Revision C - Thermal Shock & Thermal Cycling

Dear colleagues;

If you check the lists of tests in the revision D of AECQ200, you will see any diferences with respect to revision C. For example, 2 tests don´t appear now in the table (Moisture resistance and Thermal shock).

According my experience in qualification tests and in quality problem, the thermal shock test always has been an important tests, then i have deep doubts why this test has been cancelled.

I think that now the thermal shock test can be replaced by a temperature cycling test (it is extrange because cycling test too appeared in revision C, and you know that there are important differences between cycling and thermal shock.

Anybody know if now the thermal shock test can be replaced by a thermal cycling test?
