Question Products certified by one of the less familiar NRTL labs

Hi Fellows,
Did any of you experience problems with local hospitals refusing to accept products certified by one of the less familiar NRTL labs? Obviously, I am not talking about UL or CSA, but the smaller ones like MET or SGS.

Thanks for your inputs!

Shimon
