Question Production Strategy in Construction & Heavy Industries

Hi,

My team & I have been tasked to propose a production line strategy in the fabrication of multiple units of LNG modules. My idea is to apply lean manufacturing concept as much possible.

Is anyone here have experience with something similar or have any input on what a good a production line system should have?

thank you
