I have my audit booked for Feb next year!
In preperation i am looking at my processes and procedures as each process will have a PEAR raised against it.
Has anyone grouped together say production with 3 or 4 processes underneath it? we have processes for shop floor production, non-conformance, FAIR, Calibration etc
we have 15 processes and i dont really want 15 PEARs to answer.
Would apprecicate some thoughts and maybe some ideas.
thanks

Yes, that is a common practice, although you should show it that way in your description of the interaction of processes. It is common to have a total of roughly 6 to 10 core processes. Don't forget to include you management related processes, which are often all grouped together as well.
