Please Help! Prop 65 and RoHS statement

Can I include the Prop 65 statement within our RoHS statement?
"We hereby certify all our ~~~~ material complies with both RoHS and Prop 65 restrictions." or something like that??

Prop 65 doesn't mean a thing outside California, but sure, no harm, no foul
