I believe that this will be a great asset to me. I am trying to convey the necessity to complete parameter charts (control charts) and why it is important to monitor trends. We have been hit multiple times in audits and this past time was a doozy. Now we are trying to get back to square one and develop training plans for all those involved. Basically, we are stopping the pencil-whipping NOW!
