Does there need to be documentation of evaluation of design and development changes?


Also, 4.2.3e control of docs, "readily identifiable", does each project record need to be traceable to a project? The QM implies this but how traceable is not described.

The standard says that records must be maintained, so yes, there does need to be documentation of the evaluation.

How traceable would be defined by your organization, but it would make sense that you could know what project(s) each record applies to.
