ISO 9001 Orientation and Quality Awareness in a Small machine shop

hello all
happy that i finally found a forum that concerns quality issues. i work for a small machine shop (about 50 people) and am trying to come up with a good way to orientate our personnel. How much info do i need to give them and how basic can i make it. Any ideas???
