Question Supplier Accountable Manager Suspended - FAA 8130's while he is suspended?

I've heard through the grapevine that one of our suppliers has suspended the AM pending an investigation, for some reason.
Are they able to issue 8130's while he is suspended?
Thanks

Re: Supplier Accountable Manager Suspended - FAA 8130's while he is suspended?

Typically, an entity that is granted the approval to sign 8130-3's by the FAA would need to be suspended by the FAA before losing the privilege of issuing 8130-3s.
If you think that they are issuing a bogus tag you can always consult with the local FSDO (or MIDO for new parts).
Thank You to errhine for your informative Post and/or Attachment!
