Second Party (Supplier) Audit - Audit Schedule and Audit Report Template/Format

Hi,
I was hoping somebody might be able to help me as I am about preparing for my first audit. I work in a finished product company & we are auditing our API manufacturers. I was hoping somebody may have an example of detailed audit schedule template & also a format for an audit report. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are auditing your manufacturers, it is second party audit. Third party involved certification bodies.

One point I would also recommend is not to preform an International Standards (ISO 9001, AS9100 etc.) audit of any registered supplier. Over the years, one of the things that has irked a few companies that I have work, for has been the endless rounds of Standards audit without the customer taking the time to cover their own additional contractual requirements. Its the old monkey see (the registrar), monkey do (the customer) cycle which add no value. Audits should be mutually beneficial to both organizations.
