We had ours back in February and still have not heard from the certification committee. We had 1 finding, and it was administrative only, verbiage in the quality manual.

GOOD LUCK !!
Seriously, no confirmation? Outrageous. You should think seriously about a complaint, IMHO.

Re: The calm before the storm...

We just had ours. It went way better than I expected. No major or minor findings. We did have some opportunities for improvement.

Re: The calm before the storm... ISO 9001:2015 Registration Audit

We had 4 findings. Looking at them, only #1 and #4 are really related to the new :2015 requirements. #2 and #3 are just dumb mistakes that we got caught on from the old revision of ISO. duh.

#1 Nonconformity:
1) There were no KPI's defined for 2 of 20 processes.
2) There were no Risks defined for 5 of 20 processes.

#2 Nonconformity:
There was no objective evidence of the Receiving Dept verifying the evidence of the Certificate of Conformance for the receipt of Chemicals as stipulated by the procedure.

#3 Nonconformity:
There was no objective evidence of the review and approval of the Feasibility Review for Project xxxxx.

#4 Nonconformity:
I am rewording this one so everyone understands the finding:
Our ECRs did not have the drawing revision to match against the changed drawing. So, we could not adequately monitor the KPI for matching of ECR dwg revisions to the master drawings that are changed.

Last Friday, we were issued the nonconformity's to reply to. Following Monday, as of 11:50 am PST time, I submitted all responses with evidence to my registrar. How's that for quick submissions?
