Packaging Validation - IOQ Protocol template for a Sartorius Checkweigher

Hello,

I've been assigned a project to validate a new checkweigher within a bottle packaging line for a pharma company. Any suggestions where can I find an IOQ Protocol template for a Sartorius checkweigher?

if you are looking for format/specific protocol, the one provided by manufacturer's is the best template.
1)however, you need to extend the challenges to reflect the actual URS...cause you intend to use it 'online' with bottle packaging line. (viz., the stabilization time, frequency/speed of sample being placed on weigh-pan and been taken away should not make the balance give unreliable results!!!)
2)another place to have close look is the instrument manual itself!!!

You can make your own template that best suits you with all the IQ / OQ information that you can get IN THIS
Section 3.0 for the IQ and section 10.0 for the OQ.
