Control Plans - VDA equivalent of AIAG APQP & Control Plan Manual

Hello: I have looked at VDA volume 2 and 4. Volume 2 references a production control plan, but I cannot find an equivalent for the AIAG APQP & Control Plan book in VDA. Can someone help? Perhaps a DIN ???

Is the VDA 4-3 still live? Can't find it now on QMC website...?
