FAR 145.205 - Maintenance Program Flow Down Requirements

As a FAA Part 145 approved MRO we have to:-

(a) A certificated repair station that performs maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations for an air carrier or commercial operator that has a continuous airworthiness maintenance program under part 121 or part 135 must follow the air carrier's or commercial operator's program and applicable sections of its maintenance manual.

I am trying not to fall foul of the FAA but am struggling on some of this. Larger Airlines seem to have a good structure with a supplier portal that I can go to and download the CAMP. Other do not even reference a CAMP on the PO. Are all 91,121 and 135 operators have to have a physical document that should be flowed down to suppliers or can it be covered by T&C's on the PO? Not sure what to expect.

It can be covered by the T&C's or on a PO. As a 145 you have no way of knowing what a 121 or 135 has on its CAMP without seeing it. The onus will ultimately fall back on the operator. If there is a situation that you sets off your spidey senses, ask the operator.
