Lightbulb Option to find the most downloaded files of all time

hi, I would like to see an option to find the most downloaded file of all time in the "post attachment file" page if that is possible.

The script is a specially written script from a number of years ago, so it isn't part of the original software. While not technically impossible, it would be expensive especially considering that it is probable that a software change will occur in the next 6 months.
