Please Help! Mapping the loan lending bank process

hi everyone! i think this is OT, but i can't find a way to add a new discussion.

I need a help to mapping the loan lending bank process. For example, i can t find a way to express the CO ( set up time) or the EPE for every phase of the process.

Any idea?

thank very much

Why not get the people who are involved together and map the process (cover an office wall with paper and draw the map on it)?

thank u so much but i already did the VSM, i wanted only to find a way to calculate any "parameters" like PEPE or CO ( set up time) in a bank context that are pretty different from a productive process.
