KPIs required by TOP Management for strategic planning

Hi Friendz,
I am a summer trainee....I got a summer project in desiging of dashboards,
In this I have to understand What performance indicators MD & CEOs are requires to take decisions..And what is the best method to Present them....I suggested RATIOs please guide me on this

I recommend that you read up on the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Maps by Kaplan and Norton. This will point you in the right direction, I believe.
