This might seem to be foolish question, with an obvious answer...anyway, would like to have your inputs.
Can any co, go for an ISO 50001 certification with 6 months of raw data. BY raw I mean, they only have data on energy consumptions in different sections. But they havent really got into the details of it, on how the energy actually is consumed. In the sense, they have a meter that reads values every month and against the production , they calculate, KWH/ton.
Can it be of any use?
Basically am looking for your inputs on how well should the energy consumption be quantified ( the minimum months/years of historical data required) to successfully implement a good EnMS.
Thank you.
