Our company submitted the FY2009 small business qualification certification on 1-20-2009, and we got the small business qualification for the FY2009. In the form 3602A, especially in the item" period during which reported receipts or sales were collected", the starting date is filled by 1-1-2008, the ending date is 12-31-2008(Because the tax year in China is from 1-1 to 12-31 every year).
And i know that this small business status will expire at september 30, 2009, so we are planning the FY 2010 MDUFMA foreign small business qualification certification. And i noticed the following sentences in the guidance document: "If you submit your FY 2010 MDUFMA Small Business Qualification before April
15, 2010 and you have not yet filed your return for 2009, you may use tax year 2008."
The questions is: In the FY2010 MDUFMA foreign small business qualification certification, can i use the gross receipts or sales collected during the 1-1-2008 and 12-31-2008 once again?
