Resistance welding process - Cold rolled and some zinc plated welding

Hi All! I'm looking for reference materials on resistance welding settings. Does anyone have a good general reference they might share? Cold rolled and some zinc plated welding that we do is giving us fits because of thickness and surface contamination. The welders are in very good shape.

Excellent reference from Jim. I highly recommend getting a copy of this manual. We refer to it on a regular basis -

The other option would be from your equipment supplier. Our sales rep provided us with some in house training on RSW.
