There would be different possibilities.

On one hand, I know that there are some specialized softwares on the market. But I have never used them.

We keep everything in a simple Excel file. For each country, date of renewal due with a conditional formatting on the color (eg.: green if time until due date >6 months, then yellow up to 3 months, then orange, then red...) This allows for an easy view when opening the file.

Dudes,

The Excel spreadsheet is a good idea but requires a lot of manual updating. Do you recall the names of the software that you refer to.

Unfortunately, I don't remember any specific software name. I'll try to look for them if I find a few minutes...

Hi guys,

I came across this thread as I am currently trying to figure out what to do to keep track of our product registrations. We too are maintaining an excel sheet with this information, but as it was implemented 10 years ago and the requirements as well as our portfolio has exploded since then, it seems like an impossible task to continue working with this. In my search for possible solutions I have found three options, and I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with these software solutions:

TrackWise from Sparta Systems (used it at my previous company for complaint handling and have great experience with this part of their solution....)

DRAmanager from Extedo, and

LIQUENT InSight for Registrations from LIQUENT

Any experience on how they operate, how easy/intuitive are they to use, what are the cost to run it etc.... would be very much appreciated - or any other suggestion on how to move out of excel-hell!!!

Thanks :)
